As the General Manager Group Finance at HBF, you will oversee the development of the finance team, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead while continually improving the financial management and statutory reporting activities, delivering change in a sustainable way.

You will provide financial analysis and guidance to business Executives, Audit Committee, and the Board, which will enable HBF to drive better decisions, achieve its vision and deliver business outcomes.

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in a senior leadership role supporting a large team in a commercial environment.
• Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial control requirements, risk management, and internal controls, with high-level analytical skills.
• Passion for Improvement: A commitment to continuous improvement and a track record of driving excellence in financial management
• Chartered or Certified Practicing Accountant status
